At Rayson Homes we are committed to developing long term employment opportunities for highly motivated individuals who live in and around our local areas. We are aware of, and appreciate, the specific challenges faced by rural communities and, in collaboration with a local training firm, we implemented our apprentice training scheme. Many of our apprentices have subsequently been employed. In 2012 we receive an award from S&D training in the ‘Employer of the Year’ category. (Click here to view the presentation speech)

At Rayson Homes we ensure that the talents and resources of all our employees are utilised to the full and we are committed to adopting, implementing and monitoring a Policy of Equal Opportunities for all employees, thus ensuring a total absence of discrimination in the work-place. We also pride ourselves in retaining our highly skilled workforce, primarily by involving our employees in everything that we do but also in maintaining our commitment to QUALITY over financial gain: a vision developed and maintained by David and Florence, the owners of business, both of whom are qualified nurses. We also appreciate and support the needs and aspirations of all our staff and, over the years, several of our Senior Care Workers have undertaken their Nurse training and have then often returned to us, in full / part time or bank positions.

As you can imagine Staff, and Resident, vacancies, for either of our Homes, are rare. If we do have any STAFF vacancies these will be identified on Facebook or Indeed.
